Staff is polite and location.The cleanest place was the bathroom. There were tiles everywhere and everything was great. Unfortunately the room is not clean enough. Problem with check it. When I arrive my room was already rented to another guy. First offer me a room with 2 bed and after 1 hours ask me to pay more of i want to remain there or i can move to another room in the next day. Strange situation, disappointed me.
The second small room had a terrible smells which soaked all the clothes.the flooring was dirty, I think this hotel could use a general cleaning.
There is no hot water in this hotel as a phenomenon. All days you will take a cold water shower or take a kettle from home.You won't find a hot water tap in the bathroom.
The privacy of the room is a bit low. One of the cleaners had stolen my mobile charger with cable and I had to suffer for this. I had to buy another charger instantly as I was out of my town. The authority couldn’t prove him guilty and recover my property.
Except this incident, overall experience is not bad.

starting with positives. Great, friendly staff that doesnt get tired of greeting you. Excellent location. good value for money. rooms are good decent size. not every room is with a perfect view though. we requested the hotel for airport pickup which was provided at a reasonable cost.
Would stay again. hotel breakfast is average and can take on some improvements and the restaurant should work on more cleanliness.
