We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was great. A special mention goes to Jahid and Liza at the reception — they were extremely kind, helpful, and always welcoming, which really made our stay even better.

Nice and comfy. The basin was leaked, and water was coming outside. We have notified them and it was 12 am at that time and they have asked us to change the room which we already requested to decorate.
They should have noticed before when they did the decoration.

The location was near airport. Ambience was good. Room was spacious. Toilets were clean. Got the vibe of 3 star hotels but in a premium way Buffet breakfast needs to improve. Very few items compared to the price and items were not that tasty too.

Friendly staff and very clean environment. The reception team, in particular, is extremely helpful. Food quality was not up to standard. I experienced food poisoning after lunch. The beef and fish seemed to be served from frozen, and the taste was very poor.
