Location and staff behaviour Don't have an electric ketly or tea in the room. Washroom size is small and filling is very normal.

The location of the hotel was great. Easy to catch public transport and taxis. Quiet residential area and local amenities were within reach.
Very welcoming staff and friendly service was provided. Hygiene was maintained throughout. The mattress of the bed was very hard and left me with back pain in the morning. They provided an extra duvet (on top of the mattress) to provide support after complaint.
Breakfast was good but food at the restaurant doesn’t have much choices
