It’s a brand new facility so everything was clean as expected. But what I loved was the service, especially from duty manager Mr. Rubel, who went out of his way to help me get a complementary breakfast although it wasn’t included in my booking. All other staff were also polite and seemed well trained!
The location is also fantastic - only a mere few minutes away from the airport (by foot and by car), and is attached to Centrepoint Mall, which features a food court, arcade, movie theatre, and tons of retail stores. Really happy with the stay! Honestly, nothing to complain about
Well behaved stuffs, clean, good foods, complimentary buffet breakfast was good, secured, good price as well. Finding the hotel was little difficult, no visible big signboards except one small one, google map did take to the location but explaining someone the location was hard. A big signboard will help a lot finding the hotel. Other than that, everything was good.

The service and comfort were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food could have been better—I expected more given the high quality of the other services. While most dishes were just average, the soup and prawn chow-mein were quite good.
