It was during Ramadan so the entire hotel was quiet with fantastic ambience. Quality of the food was top-notch except that expect to wait about an hour (common issue in Bangladesh, not specific to this hotel, 99% of the restaurants here are insanely inefficient) N/A

My 6th stay here, everything was good Mal position of tiles in my parents rooms

I loved that it has a water park inside the resort and that it has a variety of restaurants within the premises of the resort. I didn’t like that everything within the resort was so expensive. Going outside and eating out was so much more cheaper and tastier. The resort should rethink its policy on charging on anything so that people don’t want to eat outside! I found a restaurant 10 relaxing minutes walk away with unbelievably scrumptious food and it didn’t break my bank balance. The day shift coffee guy at the resort makes fantastic coffee at their snack bar. It’s real coffee from an actual commercial grade coffee machine. I didn’t care what it cost as the smell always made me drool. I hope that they never lose him as he knows how to make all the coffees professionally. The resort made me waste time looking for reliable agents who deal in water activities which the resort doesn’t have. Why??? Why wouldn’t you help your customers with reliable agents who deal in jet skiing, speedboat rides, paragliding and quad biking? It makes absolutely no sense to me that they don’t give you any advice or information about how to get someone to help you with these activities. They wouldn’t even tell me about local scuba diving. To be fair to the staff, at all levels you will find that they are very polite and professional with you and I do appreciate that they are categorically told not to divulge any information on anything outside the resort in case of any issues with external experiences. Having said that, why not build up a relationship with external services that are reliable? Couldn’t hurt could it? I mean, why stay opposite the beach to enjoy water sports when you can’t even find anyone reputable enough to take care of your needs! In my case, after two days, I found a company with fixed rates but, due to wind conditions, I wasn’t able to enjoy paragliding. Maybe next time hey! The pool table on the second floor is atrocious. It needs cleaning and cues with decent tips. Paying 1,000 Taka per hour is also ludicrously expensive. Someone should rethink this one big time.

Clean Very expensive food and drinks

Loverly scenery, great view. Nice pool, lots of activities for kids. The water park is right next to it too, additional charge. Breakfast was disappointing. I thought breakfast was included with this package, turns out it wasnt. Too expensive for whats on offer. Also, dissapointed they decided to charge for shuttle transfer back to airport.
