The rooms clean.. and road outside is not as congested as compared to other places we went..
Room service was fast and meals were hot.
Mr Muhammad Akash at the front desk is a GEM!
He’s friendly and very helpful ..always there with a wide smile..
He helped us ordered an uber to airport .. when we tried using ours and was not getting any reply.. he got the grab confirmed with mins ..
He then instructed the grab driver to take the “expressway” with a toll fee of 80 Taka.. The hot shower only lasted maybe 5 mins… and remained warm..
The restaurant was booked for a private event .. and we had to order room service..
The pillow was too hard and high .. though we managed to sleep through it..
We were impressed when we entered the room, thinking its voice assisted .. however “Alexa” apparently wasn’t working that day we were there ..
The TV was also not working ..
We were at room 210.
We could have contacted housekeeping for help .. but these are small things that didn’t really bother us much..
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was great. A special mention goes to Jahid and Liza at the reception — they were extremely kind, helpful, and always welcoming, which really made our stay even better.
