Food was not quality full, they serve only tang juice, egg boiled, khicri, luchi (not sufficient), dal/vegetable & only tea. Picture don't shown the reality, Bed r not to be the mark (softness), washroom as different as shown picture.

Despite of my Booking confirmation Hotel authority called me & cancelled my booking due to they confirm the same to others by cash. This is very disappointing & non professional approach. When I asked them that I am booked the room first & checkout the booking time then the Staffs said its not our fault Booking.com made the mistake as they didn't inform them on time & the staffs misbehaved with me when I like to talk with the Hotel authority regarding the issue.
The actual accommodation is very nice and spacious, especially for larger families with plenty of bedrooms and beds. The place is clean with impressive furnishing. At arrival, we were charged 3000 BDT more than the exchange rate. Tip: call before arrival and confirm how much you will pay in BDT to avoid getting scammed. Also make it clear that you expect to run AC in all rooms simultaneously during your full stay so they make sure electric meter is topped up. The pool is not actually a pool, its just a large bath tub that takes forever to fill up, and does not have a filter, so I would avoid. On the last day, the AC was not working from early morning due to the electricity not being topped up, and we couldn't contact the caretaker as his phone wouldn't work. We had to rush and leave due to unbearable heat well ahead of check out time. Finally the TV was missing so there was no entertainment system.
I had a wonderful stay at Bushra Mohal in Sylhet! The place was clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff and host were kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to make me feel at home. The private pool and beautiful gardens make it a perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring Sylhet.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Sylhet. I would definitely come back again!
