Overall the hotel was very good! The staff were lovely and would go out of their way to be helpful give information and help with anything needed they exceeded their job role and were very welcoming people. They also knew when to give space and be overall very respectful. The room was very comfortable and was very nice facilities with extras that came in handy such as a constant water bottles (4 a day) hair dryer, sewing kit, tea & coffee, kettle and toothbrushes. The balcony was lovely and had a good view for the three different rooms we stayed at. The menu and breakfast buffet had a variety to pick from all different varieties, all the food was very yummy and the morning coffee was my favorite part. The pool was lovely for the time I came as it was empty and I could spend time in the pool with not disturbance's. There was nothing I specifically didn't like however sometimes room service food was cold on one occasion but If I spoke to staff they would have resolved the issue and some things were not available on the menu (mocktails, certain food) but this did not cause a problem as there was a big variety of food and drink to pick from.
A suggestion maybe to have Netflix available on the TVs so people can login and watch movies! :)

This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Golden Tulip as it has become my favorite hotel in Dhaka. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the buffet food is quite good. Most of all the people are friendly and welcoming, starting at the front desk, but carrying over especially do the dining room staff. At breakfast, you can ask the staff to bring you an espresso drink from the coffee shop on the ground floor, which they happily do. Well-run hotel!
We enjoyed our stay here;
Good quality of sleep; nice breakfast; good shower and WiFi.
Lots of nice restaurants and cafes in direct vicinity and a fairly short ride to the airport.
