Staff was very friendly and helpful, easy checkout process as well. Right beside the airport so the location is very good. The neighborhood is quiet and secure as well. The beds could be a little bit cleaner, but it was okay!

Staff overall- super friendly. We got a complimentary upgrade which was really nice. Everyone was helpful despite it being NYE. The SPA/Salon for women was a bit of a mess. I had to get ready for a wedding so I asked for a 5pm booking at check in- I was told that would be fine. I got a call after asking for me to come down at 6pm instead. I explained this is for a wedding so I can't be too late. I got there at 6pm and the door was locked.. I waited for 20 mins before anyone came & the service was also below average for pretty expensive prices. Hotel was good but I would avoid the salon.
The entry/exit of the hotel is also not easy. There should be multiple entrances to the property given the busy location/dhaka traffic.
