3) Restaurants at top and bottom
4) Staff's mentality for solutions of emerging problems. For example: for clients in a situation of late check out. 1) Missed the welcome drink.

Welcoming reception, clean and conveniently located. Bed is a bit uneven that wobbles and squeaks.
