It was very dirty, they could not find clean shit in the room for one hour. We are thinking that is not a problem with the personnel (very charming guys) but with the lack of new bedding, etc. We kindly recommend changes, as there are few hotels in Dhaka intended for European travelers who are accustomed to a higher level of cleanliness.

Staff were really warm, friendly and efficient. Check in didn't take too long, as did check out. In between also, all the services were pretty prompt. Food was good, getting Sri Lankan dishes was a bonus.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous especially a lady named Tanzeum who went over and beyond to take care of me at breakfast every morning. Furthermore the room was clean and housekeeping and room service were prompt with any requests. The hotel could add another floor of smoking rooms and having a bar at the hotel would have been nice.
