The apartment was extremely neat and clean, just as described. Everything was well-maintained, fresh, and comfortable. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location felt safe and convenient. Overall, a great stay highly recommended!

· Big room size and a comfortable bed. Good hospitality, the staff are very kind and professional.
And a good breakfast as well (Bangali dishes). My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast during our 4-night stay. To get to the hotel, the street was very dirty (maybe construction was going on).

I loved the hotel's cleanliness. They have great rooms. Very comfortable. The man who is incharge of breakfast and his staff are so well behaved and were really nice. The owner himself is a great guy and goes to his guests and talks to them. A very warm and a humble personality. There is a particular dark complexioned woman there in hijab who works at the reception. That woman is under trained and has extremely bad communication skills. She hadn't been polite on the day we arrived and were checking in. She may be the only reason why I would not want my relatives or friends to experience what I did here. Even on our check out date, she had asked the staff not to provide us coffee and milk sachets. When I asked the staff why, had told me that the lady at the reception had strictly told him not provide any coffee and milk sachets to us because we would be checking out at 11. And it was 9am and she thought were in prison and she the jailer who decided if we should be treated like guests. I spoke to her and told her I would pay for those little sachets, otherwise room complimentary sachets. Absolutely wretched hospitality skills.
