Staffs were very supportive and helpful.
Food was okay. Moulds on the cupboard, old and chipped bathtub, overpriced menu, bugs around the dining area, extra charge for room service.

The location is excellent. The hotel is almost at the center of the city and next to the main market place - within 5 mins walk
Complimentary breakfast is very good. The kitchen staff is very friendly
The hotel has its own restaurant, so arranging food will never be a problem if you stay here
Staff is helpfull Room pics on booking.com are decisive. The room I booked, seeing the pics in the app was not the one I got when I checked in. When I asked for the same room, I was asked to pay an additional cost which I refused to pay. After sitting in the lobby, tired , talking to 2-3 different staff members and explaining my situation again and again, I finally got the same room as shown in the pic without paying anything extra
The AC in the room was leaking.
The bed sheet was torn on the first day, but on the second day it was changed
One of the curtains rod was not stable, it came out when I tried to open the current of a window
1) Breakfast
2) Quick response in any situation
3) Restaurants at top and bottom
4) Staff's mentality for solutions of emerging problems. For example: for clients in a situation of late check out. 1) Missed the welcome drink.
