1 - I stayed in this hotel in august 2023,, reached the hotel very late in the night ( around 12 or 1 am).
2- The hotel from outside looked like a residential building , it was very hard to find the hotel as there were no signages at all.
3- The reception was very small ,cluttered , the staff was professional .
4- Room was on the 1st floor , so took the stairs ( don't think there was any lift , not sure though ) .
5 - the room was big , toilet was small , some toiletries were provided not good quality.
6- Did not have the breakfast in morning .
7- The Air conditioning was good . 1- the towels , the taps , the shower , the basin they were very old
2- The blankets were smelly , the mattresses very hard uncomfortable .
were modern, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was welcoming and humble. The apartment is conveniently located just 6 minutes from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and about 15 minutes from Evercare Hospital Dhaka and Jamuna Future Park. The location is excellent. The apartment is family-friendly, and everything was outstanding.
I will definitely stay here again with my family in the future.

Nothing They didn’t let me check in because I wasn’t married. Joke of a hotel, why would 28 year old adults need to be married to check in with his partner. Lol

Stayed here for one night last Friday and honestly had a really good experience. It was my first time staying at Nascent Gardenia Residence and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to a suite.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and the washroom was spacious as well. I especially liked how neat and well-maintained everything was. The overall environment of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
For a short one-night stay, it was really excellent and I would definitely consider staying here again. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike during my stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t get the chance to explore all of the hotel’s facilities and amenities. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded my expectations.
I booked here for 1 nights after booking host called me for cancel because they are not giving rental for 1 night. need to book minimum 7days,15 days and 1 months.
