Staff were very friendly & responded to requests immediately.
Mr Tauhibul at reception was very competent.Highly efficient.
The location is extremely vibrant yet my room was very quite. Breakfast was basic but OK.
Its a bit hard to find

Breakfast was fine. Location was not bad. Please add more hotels from mirpur-10 which is better location than mirpur-1.
There was no fridge and micro ovens in queen room which is very essential.
Please pass this feedback.
