Nothing How do I complain to and get a refund for a booking .com's Hotel Green Castle, Rangamati, Bangladesh when the host have published false photos of it and when I arrived it was NOTHING like it? They have taken 2000 to advance from me!

Residential area with high security, calm and peaceful surroundings. Full amenities are ensured, all sorts of facilities are provided one can even ask for. Nearer to the largest shopping mall, Jamuna Future Park; easy access to the dhaka elevated expressway for the daily commute. Last but not the least, this is a spacious apartment exactly similar as per the images shown and the host is responsive as well as caring despite being in another time zone. Great value for money I would say, strongly recommended. Nothing much, but there is always a scope of improvement in the future.
