Room capacity, Facilities etc. Booking.com provides receipt in BDT whereas booking.com bills the property in USD. When I wanted to pay they showed me an amount which was 2000 BDT more than what booking.com showed. This is totally unexpected. Booking.com should show BDT amount in both side (Property and customer) and the amount should be same.

The hotel staff were courteous and responsible. I appreciated the convenient location, the comfortable bed, and the cleanliness of the room. The smart TV with Netflix access was a nice touch, and the combination of air conditioning and a ceiling fan provided a very comfortable sleep experience. My room (601) was also quiet with no noise disturbance, which made my stay pleasant. The breakfast quality was below expectations, the tea maker kettle was dirty,
and there was no hot water available for the shower. Additionally, there was no mini bar in the room. With improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer an excellent overall experience.
Everything was very beautiful. And I like everything a lot more. I didn't like the breakfast. It would have been better to have a buffet. But even if not, at least a good breakfast should be provided.

The hotel was net and clean with good quality amenities provided. The complimentary breakfast was good and ac worked properly. My stay was very comfortable. Very good hotel nothing to say
