1) Breakfast 2) Quick response in any situation 3) Restaurants at top and bottom 4) Staff's mentality for solutions of emerging problems. For example: for clients in a situation of late check out. 1) Missed the welcome drink.

First of all, thanks for the upgrades. All were good. In this case. But I hate waiting time. I think you should rethink your mattress. It's not friendly. And not much soft. Not comfortable.
