Very Safe and Quiet Location.
Staff were very attentive and supportive.
The breakfast was good.
The room was nice, clean and have all the amenities you need.

The courtesy, manner and the hospitality of all the staff. Especially, Mr Raihan, the receptionist had an impeccable attitude towards our reception. He is a pleasant example of front of house.
The room size and its amenities.
Location and the assistance from everyone. The room was missing a mirror which can be annoying at a time when you get ready and go out somewhere.
