房东很积极沟通，态度很好 地方很偏僻，打车到不了，附近街道很乱，晚上很吵，房间的床单很脏，没有热水，空调也只有一个能用。

Mostly the host behaviour. One of the best host i experienced so far. The flat is not a big apartment but it's full of each and everything you need. I highly recommend it.
