Excellent location close to the airport and local bazaar. Room service is excellent and the food ordered is very good and not expensive. Quantities are pretty big. Room was made up and toilets cleaned perfectly when requested. Bath area needs to be reorganized for example using the shower will leave water all over the bathroom. Employees need to communicate better in English and be more presentable and smile. Hot water not hot enough and had to bath in almost cold water for the couple of days I was there.
Employees are very good. Restaurant service should be improved.

When I arrived the manager, without me asking, upgraded me for no additional charge to an oceanview room with a balcony which was just great. Lovely view and ocean breeze on the balcony. The staff there were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good security. Good room cleaning. Good reception help. The included breakfast was a good mix of South Asian and western cuisine and all delicious. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely be staying here again in the future any time I’m in Cox’s Bazar. One constructive comment: it would be nice if there was one additional overhead light and a ceiling fan in the middle of the room.

The room is very spacious, and it felt just right in all respects. The furniture and the fittings were all great. Breakfast was pretty good with adequate continental options. The restaurant at the rooftop provides great food with a beautiful view of the sea beach. The place is very crowded, especially the G-floor lounge was full of people in the evening.
