Staff was polite, room was generally clean, good value for money. A bit noisy at night and room is very basic.

Totally not value for money. I got a connecting room with a single bed room which was trasformed into twin bed room making so much congested .

The location was very convenient. Close to the US embassy and in a very clean, safe and secure place. The staff were nice and helpful. We booked double deluxe room with King bed’s. But we were given single beds instead.
Later, upon confronting the front desk, they changed it to the correct room

Enjoyed my stay at zoo hostel, it was the only place in Bangladesh where I was able to meet other travellers. The hostel has a good vibe, they try to bring in theme of the hostel being like a family which you can feel almost instantly. Aman was extremely friendly and answered all my questions I had about Dhaka. I will truly miss this place ! Also a huge bonus that the place has AC and it’s in a good location
