Their hotel was good, and the room was nice, but there was no hot water for tea and no sandals provided. Also, they charged me an extra laundry fee because oil got on the bed.

During checking the front desk interaction with the staff and chechin process was smooth. Didn't had to wait longer within 10 minutes we got our keys. Location was okay. and there are some in food painting which was eye soothing. To start with the Wi-Fi was not working. Staff informed us the hotel was fully booked hence they could not connect our device. There was only a LED tv with only free Bangladeshi channels they were not HD. I asked room service to bing an ashtray at 3 PM but they simply forgot. I had to go to the lobby for it.
Neatness Schedule of check-in was not maintained by them and we fell into troubles for this.

The breakfast was good. staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious I have taken 5 rooms. I have stayed there last year too and it was way better than now. This time none of the rooms had a fridge, none of the rooms were clean enough. I wasnt provided with a wifi password during my stay although they had wifi
