I loved their staff, cleanliness, room arrangements and a decent breakfast at their restaurant.
It was a wonderful experience of staying. Garage facility is okay but may be improved.

The cafe is only just learning but are very anxious to please and serve nice coffee and cakes. The restaurant is again helpful but a weaker link and is generally grubby needs paint and deep clean. It served adequate food nicely cokked andl presented. . Bed hard as iron. As above a mixed picture

Great Location! Friendly and attentive staffs. Good amenities. The cost seems high in comparison to the value received. The rooftop restaurant area was not as clean as one might hope. We attempted to spend the evening there, but unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor emanating from the washroom.

Hello,
I would like to file a formal complaint about my experience with this property.
When I arrived, the hotel did not provide the room I had booked. Instead, I was told that I had to accept different arrangements. I was not comfortable with this, so I had to leave the property and find another place to stay. This caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and wasted time, especially at night.
I appreciate that my booking was cancelled free of charge. However, I believe this property’s handling of my reservation was unacceptable. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure other customers do not experience the same situation in the future.
