I had a confirmed booking for last night. After making the booking, I contacted your hotel directly, and to my absolute surprise, your staff pressured me to cancel the booking against my will. I did not cancel due to any personal reason; I was forced to do so by your hotel authority.
This behavior is completely unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable for any hospitality service. Because of your actions, I faced unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and disruption of my plans.
Sending a feedback request email after forcing a guest to cancel a confirmed booking shows a serious lack of responsibility and internal coordination.
I strongly expect:
A clear explanation for why your staff forced the cancellation
An assurance that such behavior will not be repeated with other guests
Accountability for the inconvenience caused to me
If no proper response is provided, I will not hesitate to share my experience on public review platforms so that other customers are aware of how bookings are handled at your property.
This matter should be taken seriously.
I went the hotel and they told me they didn’t get any Reservion from booking. Com we have to stay whole night at outside. Even they were not so friendly

I didn't stay at this hotel because they told me that there was no room available even though I have already got the confirmation. They took me to another property which is far from the city. So I refuse to stay.
