I liked the friendliness of the staff. They are nice and polite. I liked the location and proximity to airport. While I was searching a hotel nearby Dhaka International Airport this hotel came us as a four star hotel. So I was expecting quality as standard as four star. Upon arriving, what I saw was nothing close to 1 star. The rooms were very old, toilets were not that clean, there wasn't basic amenities like handsoap.

Superior Double Cabin look like kings bed Room. Billing Extra charged from me for bed sheet marks. Its not dammaged its remove after wash but they taken extra money from me. Its really hearted me.

The staff was friendly. Checked in easily. Had an unannounced guest. They didn't charge extra for him, and even provided the complimentary breakfast for him. I ordered a late night dinner, and the food was good.

Everything perfect Mosquito in the room ... Too many of them.
Shower room gets flooded and staff didn't help to mop it up. Leaving the place risky to slip.
