The breakfast was good. staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious I have taken 5 rooms. I have stayed there last year too and it was way better than now. This time none of the rooms had a fridge, none of the rooms were clean enough. I wasnt provided with a wifi password during my stay although they had wifi

Location was really good Not clean enough, didn’t provide a hairdrier, no TV amd no hot water in one room. Too much noisy, you could hear loud all the traffic from early morning

They were accommodating towards my early check in. That was the only good thing among countless bad experiences. Upon my arrival at the property, I did not like it at all. The images shown here did not match the actual condition of the property, neither the hotel lobby nor the room. The room was poor in condition, worn out. The bathroom was horrible. Little insects came out at night. The electricity went off pretty frequently. As if these were not enough, the property manager/host charged me excessively more in the local currency than what was payable to them according to the booking receipt I got both in booking.com app and email. Much higher rate than what the actual exchange rate was. When asked about this matter, they could not give any reasonable explanation or any conclusive justification and charged me more regardless. They said they will send the receipt from booking.com and they did but it was not any different from what I got in email. However, the problem here is they charged me a much higher local currency rate than what the actual exchange rate was.
