বুকিং ডট কম থেকে বুকিং দেওয়াতে তারা আমার বুকিং বাতিল করে দেওয়া হয়েছে বলে জানায় এবং আমাকে বুকিং কনফম করার ৬ ঘন্টা পরে বুকিং বাতিল করা করেছে জানানো হয়। এটা একটা বাজে হোটেল ছাড়া কিছুই না।

Close to Zindabazaar and local shops. I had a disappointing experience at Richmond Hotel Sylhet. While the service staff were commendable, the reception and management team fell short. My room, falsely advertised as a 7-person unit, lacked proper accommodation for the 6th person. To make matters worse, they insisted on charging for a pullout bed, justifying it with the excuse of a recent refurbishment and the unit was a 5 person unit and the oversight to not update the unit on booking.com. Management's poor service is a red flag—better to steer clear of this establishment.
