Although the price was 16 USD for two people, they kept saying that it’s 16 USD per person at first.
When I showed the booking.com screen, they admitted that it’s originally 16 USD for two people, but then they suggested that we can upgrade the room for 16 USD per person to a room with an AC and hot water. We first said that we were fine with the original one, but then they shows an angry face and almost forced us to upgrade the room.
In the end, even in the upgraded room, hot water was not available.
Хороший чистий готель з санвузлом, кондиціонером, телевізором, вайфаєм. Приємний персонал. Поряд знаходиться великий міжміський автовокзал. Прекрасне співвідношенні ціна-якість.

Staff is polite and location.The cleanest place was the bathroom. There were tiles everywhere and everything was great. Unfortunately the room is not clean enough. Problem with check it. When I arrive my room was already rented to another guy. First offer me a room with 2 bed and after 1 hours ask me to pay more of i want to remain there or i can move to another room in the next day. Strange situation, disappointed me.
The second small room had a terrible smells which soaked all the clothes.the flooring was dirty, I think this hotel could use a general cleaning.
There is no hot water in this hotel as a phenomenon. All days you will take a cold water shower or take a kettle from home.You won't find a hot water tap in the bathroom.
The privacy of the room is a bit low. One of the cleaners had stolen my mobile charger with cable and I had to suffer for this. I had to buy another charger instantly as I was out of my town. The authority couldn’t prove him guilty and recover my property.
Except this incident, overall experience is not bad.
