Centrale ligging Wij hebben een verschrikkelijke ervaring met dit hotel en hebben de indruk dat dit vaker voorkomt. Samengevat: het appartement/ kamers bleken dubbel verhuurd te zijn. Om 22.30 werden wij verzocht te vertrekken omdat een familie aankwam die via airbnb geboekt hadden. Er werd op geen enkele manier een passende oplossing geboden. Er werd gedreigd met security waarop wij de toeristenpolitie noemden. Toen hadden ze ineens een vriend die in hetzelfde gebouw nog wel iets had, we moesten maar wachten tot hij er was en er schoongemaakt kon worden. We wilden hier, na 1,5 uur gedoe, inmiddels niet meer blijven en zijn naar een ander hotel gegaan.

I had a confirmed booking for last night. After making the booking, I contacted your hotel directly, and to my absolute surprise, your staff pressured me to cancel the booking against my will. I did not cancel due to any personal reason; I was forced to do so by your hotel authority. This behavior is completely unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable for any hospitality service. Because of your actions, I faced unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and disruption of my plans. Sending a feedback request email after forcing a guest to cancel a confirmed booking shows a serious lack of responsibility and internal coordination. I strongly expect: A clear explanation for why your staff forced the cancellation An assurance that such behavior will not be repeated with other guests Accountability for the inconvenience caused to me If no proper response is provided, I will not hesitate to share my experience on public review platforms so that other customers are aware of how bookings are handled at your property. This matter should be taken seriously.

I went the hotel and they told me they didn’t get any Reservion from booking. Com we have to stay whole night at outside. Even they were not so friendly

I didn't stay at this hotel because they told me that there was no room available even though I have already got the confirmation. They took me to another property which is far from the city. So I refuse to stay.
