Location, cleanliness Instead of Deluxe King room we were given a tiny room-416, where everything was set up for one person.
We had to wait long times before checked in. They claimed booking.com was wrong as check in time written @1pm.
Breakfast wasn’t high quality.

Exceptional staff who were polite, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful when I needed to modify my booking last minute. They were competent communicators and able to resolve matters very quickly with patience and diligence. Highly recommend staying here during a visit to Rajshahi, food and amenities are great and the staff are very skilled at handling locals as well as foreigners.

Cleanliness, comfortable, good location, beautiful environment. Room service food price is too high and quality is not much good. Breakfast items were not sufficient and late to refill.

I did not like the breakfast as it was very normal breakfast and there was not choice. Just offered two items and was not up to the mark. I did not like the denial of my confirmed reservation and gave one room with double charge but that room was not deserve that price.
