Breakfast Buffet was good and the noise you could hear from the street was low. WiFi was extremely good. Cleanliness of the Bathroom and the room could be more better. Offered food wasn't value for the money

The stay was overall comfortable and the service was pleasant. I appreciated the staff’s helpful attitude throughout my visit. Location is good and convenient, no need to worry about food or necessities. One thing that could make the experience even better would be a more flexible airport drop-off arrangement. It was charged per room and without an option of sharing a ride with friends from separate room. It would be better if the hotel could consider offering a per-car rate or allow carpooling for guests heading to the same destination. Anyway, just always ask and confirm the rate before you book a ride from hotel.
Overall experience was fine.
The location is good. Booking.com reserve is free. When I booked the hotel before the day, the staff told me to inform them when I start the journey next day. I informed them about it when I hopped on the bus. Then they forced me to give an advance through MFS even though there was no mention of giving advance beforehand.
The lift stays turned off from 2 PM to 4 PM. I was informed about it beforehand. But their lift turns on at the 9 am in the morning was not mentioned. When you don't have lift in the morning and also in the mid day and you have to go up to 5th floor through stairs, that's a big hassle.
Other hotels in this price point have television in the room. But it didn't have any television and it felt like were were in a prison with just a bed and fan hanging over us.
