The breakfast was the best I had ever in any hotel at that quality range. We were not provided welcome drinks but I think it was a misunderstanding. The staffs were very helpful and active. The swimming pool water was a bit greenish. This needs to be taken care of. I was expecting a tea-coffee setup and a refrigerator which was missing. These additions will make it more deserving of a higher rating.

Not too many options but still it's a perfect for the breakfast and food is tasty. One lift was working at a time and rooftop should be open for the guests for spending time.

A clean and comfortable hotel room. The Wi‑Fi is excellent—easily the best I’ve had in any place I’ve stayed over the past six years in Sylhet. The staff were very friendly, which made the stay even more comfortable, and the location is great for getting around the city. Room Security Concern. 1. There is no peephole on the room door, which means you can’t see who is knocking before opening it, creating an unnecessary safety concern. 2. A significant safety concern is the absence of a door‑chain or secondary lock. Without it, opening the door to verify who is outside feels risky, as there is no added protection to prevent unwanted visitors from forcing their way into the room. Hopefully management will address these issues urgently, as guest safety should be a priority. With a public restaurant located on the top floor, non‑hotel visitors can easily access guest areas, which increases the potential risk for those staying in the hotel.
