The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The position is a bit far from the city centre and you need to take a tuk tuk. .

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I also loved the location—because it is situated far outside the city center, it was very quiet, peaceful, and free from city noise. The room interior was multi-colored and felt a bit chaotic in design. Additionally, the doors were damaged; while they technically closed, they didn't feel entirely secure. There was also a lack of basic amenities, as a water kettle, tea, and coffee were not provided. Overall, considering the service and the condition of the room, it did not offer good value for money.

Breakfast menu was good also staff behaviour good. Swimming pool was under maintenance. Amenities were not properly given. Need more cleannesses.

Disappointing experience at Star Int Rajshahi. The Deluxe room was advertised using VIP room photos on Booking.com, which was misleading. I booked based on those photos, but upon arrival I was informed that the room shown was actually the VIP room and required additional payment. Several facilities advertised on the listing, including the swimming pool, were unavailable during my stay. Staff informed me that these facilities would only become active next month, so they should not have been advertised as currently available. The hotel is listed as a 4-star property, but based on room quality, available facilities, and overall service, it felt closer to a 3-star standard. When these concerns were raised, the responsibility was shifted to Booking.com instead of being properly addressed. The room categories, photos, facility status, and hotel information should be updated to provide accurate expectations and avoid misleading future guests.
