The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful.
The lovely lady serving us breakfast was very friendly and extremely helpful.
She helped us organise an Uber to the airport on our departure.
The tv was a good size, the aircon was very efficient.
The breakfast was very good There were no chairs around the pool.
It was a lovely rooftop pool but could do with some umbrellas for shade, chairs, and loungers

I booked large deluxe room. Expected 2 large beds but it was only one double bed and one single bed.
It was a bit crowded and couldn’t use the cupboard. As it was jammed with double bed.
Service was good. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I stayed in this hotel before and found it very clean. But this time I felt that comot toilet was dirty. And the shower for the toilet was always leaking.

They were friendly and Staff behaviour was good, in the other hand they allowed us 2 hours late checkout on request. We didn't get the room we booked with balcony. And The kettle and tea/coffee was missing in the room.
Breakfast was limited!

Staffs behaviour Restaurant is too much expensive.
It is out of expense for such type of people staying in hotels of this price range.
