N/A We had reserved several rooms for ourselves and our family for a trip to Chittagong. Thankfully, we decided to call the hotel to reconfirm—only to be told that all our rooms had been given away and we should try one of their other properties instead. This was extremely frustrating, especially since our reservations were still showing as confirmed in the app and we received no prior notice from the hotel. As a result, we had to book elsewhere at a higher price because it was too close to our travel dates to find alternatives.
We later realized it felt like a tactic to push us toward another hotel under the same management, where the rates were higher. However, that property wasn’t listed on Booking.com, so we didn’t feel comfortable or protected making a reservation there.

No Tea Coffee maker or water heater in the room
Microwave wooven didn't work properly
No shoe in the room
