really appreciated the warm hospitality and professional service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Staff and the accommodation plus food and dining at the restaurant
Also the buffet breakfast !
They have let me checked in early as my flight arrived early morning at Dhaka International.
Imran at the front desk was outstanding ! Really helpful and goes out of the way to resolve any all kitchen staff specially Reshad whose services at the restaurant was also outstanding. Will recommend Royal Palace to Friends and Family & no doubt will book again on my return to uk next week. Well done RP 10/10.
