Clean, safe and quiet Pre arrival communication and airport pick up was a failure. It' s better to use a taxi at the airport than relying on the airport transfer from the hotel. No communication.

I really liked the ambience and the warm behaviour of all the staff. It's not like i didnt like it.
It's just the furnitures are a bit old fashioned and the tv wasn't updated to run the internet properly.
