All the staff are very good and polite I booked a royal suite but it doesn’t look like a family suite

Only the location. It was not clean, there hair in the bed and pillow, Room floor was not clean, there was no slipper, As i book super deluxe room but there was no sitting preference except bed. And also wash room amenities was not as per the standard.
this hotel did not meet my expectation.
