The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were co-operative, prompt, and understanding throughout our stay. Mr Faizul was especially very helpful and welcoming, which made our experience even better. There was nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was smooth and comfortable during our stay.

Good breakfast Rooms were dirty - I asked to move to a cleaner one but all rooms they showed me were the same, non-smoking room smelt of smoke.

Breakfast Assets, like wash room door was not locking, washroom all the silicon to be change, Buffet chaffing dish never clean looks so dirty and most of them damage, table lamp was not working.

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast and the staff providing it. The restaurant reception hostess, Jannat and every single one of her colleagues are amazing and make the stay in the hotel very enjoyable. I would have changed hotels as I was there for a longer stay but didn't because breakfast was the best part of my day (food was great and varied, atmosphere is great and staff is very attentive and natural) Reception was a bit slow in check in and out
