Very calm and quiet location.
Staffs are very gentle and of good behaviour. Cleanliness is appreciable.

The receptionist who's name (I think) was Songon was great. Exceptionally helpful and kind with excellent English - we have no Bangala.

2. Helpful staff
3. Decent breakfast (traditional & continental, though options/items can be increased)
4. Cleanliness of the room with balcony
5. Allowed to check-in earlier than the standard time 1. No signboard/indication of the place in front of the building, took a while to locate it after asking several local people.
