Location was good Too crowded reception.
Rooms were smelly and out dated furniture.

The reception guy was amazing. He was very welcoming & friendly. Cleanliness should wasn’t up to the mark & there should be handwash. Soap is not fit for purpose.

Breakfast Bedsheets were dirty.
The sink water tap was faulty.
Lots of water on the sink top around the sink.

The property was a mess. Even though i have breakfast included within the price when i booked upon reaching the hotel they denied my breakfast. Although, i showed them i had breakfast included already they still denied, argued and asked for extra 1000 for the breakfast. Furthermore, the room which i was given were not the same room as the pictures in the booking.
