Nothing They scammed us and they are soooo unprofessional the bathroom are so old and bad the room was old and the wall was cracking they scammed us and showed us a nice room when we paid they gave us tow rooms on the old floor and they were changing their words my dad is an old man he came from an 10 hours road and he got tired he almost fell out i hope they reconsider they’re actions

The room was kept very clean altogether. ⚠️ SECURITY WARNING ⚠️ PLEASE SHARE ⚠️
Would like to tell everyone DO NOT stay at Royal Beach Resort in Cox's Bazar.
Their staff used their own master key card to walk into my room with another male guest, while I was still in the room and changing.
On top of that they offered me no compensation for the incident and haggled over the issue during bill payment.
I have never had such a bad experience anywhere and it is extremely unfortunate.
I feel my privacy was violated and on top that nobody took any accountability for it.
