I have stayed in the hotel for the last 12 days; the hotel services make my stay amazing. All staff ( security, front desk, restaurant, house keeping and maintenance) are always welcoming their guests with big smiles and eager to support! The breakfast buffet is very good with varieties of options. The rooms are clean and well maintained with a little bit old furniture. The location is very good and the most safest place in Dhaka. There are a lot of open holes on the walkways surrounding the hotel areas.
Breakfast is ok. Enough for one person including service charges and tax add the price is high

Very safe location in Embassy District. No rush traffic on the street. Staff very helpful with ordering CNG or taxi and changing money. Room was very pleasant with all necessary amenities. Large, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with huge choice. I also enjoyed a dinner on site. Free water available. AC is working good. Very good value for money for such a standard in Dhaka. Taxi from airport cost 800taka. Room was clean but all furniture and equipment is already bit old
Great location as I was using it for visit to USA Embassy, within walking distance but I used rikshaw They charged me for something that broke while I was staying there, a knob in the shower, it was either dysfunctional or in attempt to figure out how it works.
