Jatra Flagship Chattogram City Centre

I got a continental breakfast (toasts, butter, jam, a little Muffin, some fruits and an omelett) which was brought in to my room

Very clean and comfortable

Very calm and quiet location. Staffs are very gentle and of good behaviour. Cleanliness is appreciable.

It was a pleasant stay. The place was clean, safe and quiet.

The receptionist who's name (I think) was Songon was great. Exceptionally helpful and kind with excellent English - we have no Bangala.

1. Good location 2. Helpful staff 3. Decent breakfast (traditional & continental, though options/items can be increased) 4. Cleanliness of the room with balcony 5. Allowed to check-in earlier than the standard time 1. No signboard/indication of the place in front of the building, took a while to locate it after asking several local people.

The Stuff, they are too good and helpful. both front desk staff is great and always keep smile on their face. location is good, within reach of everything. you will not feel alone in the city if you are staying at this location. their is nothing dislike about Jatra, but i would like to recommend something. 1. a mini refrigerator or mini bar should keep in the room, because sometimes you need to have something to be cool/some time to have chilled drinks to have during the summertime. that might be helpful if mini refrigerator kept in the room. 2. Wi-Fi coverage should be improved. 3. instead of old LED tv, i would recommend keeping a smart tv in the room. 4. Fan to be installed, 8/10hrs AC is not good for health, a smart fan/modern fan should keep in the room.
