The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. Very conveniently located close to the airport. The chef's meals were well prepared and delicious. The staff need to be better trained.

Fantastic property , staff were very attentive and did try their best as it seemed they were understaffed. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We asked for a smoking room before booking and it was confirmed that we will get a smoking room. However, once we in the room smoking was denied as we asked for an ashtray. It was resolved later on and smoking wasn’t the issue anymore!!

For a short business trip, I found everything to my satisfaction. Very convenient to commute to the airport. Clean and well maintained rooms and services. Staff were friendly and helpful. Chef cooked good meals. Staff need more training to be more professional and efficient at the jobs.
